His Excellency Mohamed Hassan Kaisamba is the current High Commissioner Designate of Sierra Leone in Accra, Ghana with concurrent accreditation to Togo and Burkina Faso.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Management) from the University of Texas, an Associate Degree in Human Resource Management, and a Certificate in Knowledge Management from Air Education.
President Julius Maada Bio reassigned him to Ghana in July 2024 after he served his first diplomatic tour in Türkiye for four years as Sierra Leone’s first Ambassador.
He is a seasoned diplomat specializing in economics and business with over five years of experience, in foreign diplomatic service that can work effectively and efficiently as a diplomat.
While in Türkiye as Sierra Leone’s Ambassador, he analyzed and proposed measures to improve bilateral trade and investment flow between Sierra Leone and Türkiye.
Prepared reports for major officials regarding the impact of the political climate on the economy and business relating to Türkiye while representing Sierra Leone through the High Commission at various conferences and events.
He is a committed diplomat with remarkable organizational, negotiation, and communication skills and has nearly twenty-five years of experience in the public and private sectors. He also has exceptional organizational and people management skills.
H.E. Mohamed Hassan Kaisamba is married with five (5) Children.
